Enterprise Sourcing

Engineered to Clear Procurement Audits

Vertically integrated production from tannery batch verification to final master carton sealing. Every order comes with complete process documentation built for international importers and retail brand buyers.

01

BSCI Social Audit Compliant

Our Sialkot manufacturing lines follow strict ethical workplace protocols, offering full transparency for European, UK, and North American corporate social responsibility (CSR) audits.

02

ISO 9001 Standard QMS

Documented Quality Management Systems govern every stage of production. Material batch numbers, calibration logs, and inspection sheets are retained for full lot traceability.

03

REACH & Chemical Safety

All finished leather hides, synthetic fabrics, bladders, and dyes undergo lab verification to ensure zero Azo dyes, heavy metals, or phthalates, meeting REACH and US CPSC guidelines.

Quality Assurance Workflow

Our 6-Step In-House Inspection Checkpoints

No batch leaves our Sialkot factory without passing our standardized six-stage quality verification protocol.

STEP 1

Raw Material Intake & Testing

Every raw cowhide leather lot is graded for thickness and grain integrity. Synthetic rolls and microfiber undergo tensile, tear, and abrasion resistance testing prior to cutting approval.

STEP 2

Precision Pattern Cutting

Leather panels are cut along natural hide grain for uniform elasticity, while synthetic panels use precision die-cutting machinery to maintain zero-margin size tolerances.

STEP 3

Seam & Stitch Verification

High-stress equipment uses 5-ply bonded nylon thread with controlled stitches-per-inch (SPI). Seams are stress-tested to prevent splitting under intense athletic rotation.

STEP 4

Foam & Core Ergonomics

Multi-layered IMF foam, EVA padding, and latex cores are checked for exact density, anatomical hand alignment, and impact absorption compliance prior to casing assembly.

STEP 5

AQL 2.5 Bench Inspection

100% of finished goods are visually audited for symmetry, stitch line uniformity, surface finish, weight distribution, and dimensional accuracy against the signed golden sample.

STEP 6

Pre-Shipment Packing Audit

Randomly selected master cartons are opened for final pre-shipment reporting. Barcoded polybags, hangtags, and carton strapping are logged and verified against the shipping manifest.

Procurement FAQ

Quality & Compliance Questions

Essential details for overseas B2B buyers, importers, and compliance managers.

Yes. Every bulk shipment includes a detailed per-SKU Bill of Materials specifying leather hide lot numbers, foam density specifications, thread tensile ratings, and panel thickness logs.

Yes. We regularly host client procurement teams and accredited third-party auditing firms (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) with 14 days prior notice. We maintain an open-door policy for audit verification.

Our manufacturing facility operates under standard AQL 2.5 final inspection protocols, keeping visual and functional defect rates well under 0.5%. Any non-conforming items identified are replaced at our expense before export clearance.

Yes. All raw hides, synthetic fabrics, bladders, and inks are verified free of Azo dyes, phthalates, and REACH-restricted substances, facilitating smooth customs processing in the UK, EU, US, Canada, and Australia.
